Five moves from a stewarded site to reserve backing.
The programme is a discipline, not a product. Each step is deliberately slow: signal is easier to fake than to earn, and the reserve is worth only as much as the honesty of the ledger beneath it.

Enrolment
scenario
A site — a parcel, a node, or a bioregional coordinator — is nominated and scoped against the four legs. What layers can it credibly signal? What grain? What time horizon?

Baseline
modelled
A Bioregional Living Model baseline is drawn: remote sensing where it exists, modelled reconstruction where it doesn't. The baseline is labelled honestly at each variable.

Signal
measured
Instrumentation follows the baseline. Soil moisture, generation, care coverage — whichever variables the site can credibly attest at grain. Live signal replaces modelled estimates variable by variable.

Attestation
measured
Signal is bundled into ImpactEvents and Attested Care Certificates (ACCs). The ACC is the interface between a stewarded site and the reserve base.

Reserve backing
scenario
ACCs enter the reserve simulator as backing composition. Issuance and clawback are governed by the three-pole reordering under the HMBI / TELO monetary layer.

Source, timestamp and verification method live inside every stat tile, never buried beneath more than one expander.
Scenario stays scenario
Placeholder data is visually ghosted and labelled in italics. No view presents scenario with the visual weight of measured.
Layers stack; hues don't fight
Each layer occupies one hue in the house palette, so multiple layers overlay legibly at every grain.
Time is a first-class control
Every object is temporal. History and scenario modes are visually distinct so a projection is never mistaken for a record.
